The shop and customer portal use the same login. If you’re already logged in to the new shop, your customer account will open directly—with your orders, addresses and downloads.

Business customer prices after activation.

Register your studio or company and apply for a business customer account. Once we have reviewed your application, we will activate your B2B prices. Until then, you will see retail customer prices.

Existing access and additional features.

Did you already have an account on our previous website? After a personal review, you can activate your access and set a new password. It applies to the customer area and shop. Previous orders, personal manuals and service cases will be added separately.
